Join us and help create the future

We’re always on the look out for brilliant people so check out our open positions below.

PRELOADED is a BAFTA-winning team of creative minds assembled from the best in games, advertising, product design, film and theatre - all united in our belief that play can transform our world.

Together we build immersive products to help organisations such as McDonald’s, LEGO and BBC reach mainstream audiences, and partner with technology platforms such as Niantic, Magic Leap, HTC and Google to imagine the future.

We want everyone who works with us to feel they have the freedom and autonomy to create their best work - and that they are working alongside and learning from some of the most talented people in the business.

We live our values everyday - whether that’s curiosity about what’s next, always having each other’s backs or prioritising work/life balance. There’s no hierarchy, drama or ego here - just a shared dedication to doing what we do...brilliantly.

We offer a competitive salary and an impressive benefits package including a healthcare cash plan, life assurance, pension contributions, a ShareSave scheme, flexible working, a discretionary bonus scheme and travel loans. We’re also one of the companies that make up LTG plc which brings solid financial backing.

Owing to COVID restrictions, our lovely studio is currently closed, but we are a friendly bunch - we have active virtual social events, coaching and mentoring, and dedicated time for personal development, L&D and R&D. We’re also happy to provide flexibility for anyone who needs to accommodate home-schooling or other caring responsibilities.
